Can't click on Maven's Gift after an invitation clear

I can't click on the Maven's Gift after the invitation which is not allowing me access to the atlas passive tree. Ive done the tier 7 and 8 invitations and I don't have the skill points OR access to the tree. Ctrl+G doesn't do anything and Kirac has no prompts to help. Any suggestions?
