PoE ~ can't click on maven's gift

Game isn't allowing me to click on the Maven's Gift after clearing an invitation. I can't access the atlas passive tree at all and Kirac has no prompts to help. Any suggestions?

There is no Atlas tree in the Phrecia event, only Idols. The Idols act as your "Atlas tree" for the time being.
