Strange interaction with Horizons + Voidstones.

With 4x Voidstones, all your maps are considered T16...

If you use an Orb of Horizons on an unnaturally-T16 map to reroll into another T16 map, you... seem to ONLY get maps that are naturally T16 (Lighthouse, Sepulchre, etc).

To me, this is confusingly contradictory. The game is considering the original map in your hands to be T16, as confirmed by the game selecting a naturally-T16 map to morph it into. However, at the same time, it's NOT considering it T16 because it will never morph your map into something that's only T16 from the Voidstones.

Yes, I can deduce that the physical map in my hand is T16, but then the game isn't checking my Voidstones for what it'll morph my map into. But that's just so... weird.

Oh well, I guess.

It just feels so inconsistent. Even if I open my Atlas, and type "tier: 16" into the search, EVERY map gets highlighted, not just the naturally-occurring ones. So the game obviously truly morphed everything into T16 on SOME level. So why have this hidden layer?

Ugh...

this is currently intended. Using Orb of Horizons on a map will result in maps which have an identical base tier. The base tier of a map is when the map first occurs on your Atlas.
My cynical response:

Intended = not intended when programmed, but not enough care to change it.

That's my assumption, anyway, lol.

Oh well. Thanks for the reply, though.
