Bandit respec bug - Phrecia Event

Dear GGG Support Team,

I am experiencing an issue with respec'ing my Bandit choice. I attempted to use the Book of Reform, but my character is still aligned with passive point [kill all bandit]

I have tried the following troubleshooting steps:

Using another Book of Reform
Resetting my skill tree and trying again
Logging out and back in
If this is a known issue or if I missed any steps, please let me know. I appreciate your help

"Eramir's Favour" in the bandit quest is the "Kill all bandits" option.
What you're seeing is what would be expected.

The Book of Reform you get depends on what amulet you use in the vendor recipe.
