Blind Prophet - Directionless - Not Returning on Exarch/Eater

Hello,

During the Exarch & Eater fights, I noticed the Return Projectile portion of the Directionless Ascendancy node for Blind Prophet is not returning projectiles at all during these fights. Maps work fine, they return no problem, but for some reason in these 2 Arena fights, they are not returning at all.

Using Frost Blades with Blind Prophet

You need a certain amount of projectile speed with Frost Blades for the projectiles to return in big open areas and arenas. If I remember correctly from Scourge league when I played Frost Blades with Vengeant Cascade, the projectile speed mastery with More Projectile speed and one max roll projectile speed jewel SHOULD be enough to hit the projectile speed breakpoint. If it isn't then two jewels should be enough.
