Site won't let me post on POE 2 Forum but POE 2 crashed and I lost my breach stone

I'm playing Path of Exile 2, but the website thinks I only have access to POE 1 (which I've never played), and won't let me file a bug report on the proper channels.

The game disconnected while I was running a breachstone. It's my first breachstone, and now I've lost it. Will you guys replace it please? I sent your account support an email with a screenshot of my account below and the message I get when I try to access the POE 2 forums. Please restore the breachstone. I struggle with this game, and when I finally get there and am doing well, it was taken away. Please don't make me grind this out again.

Items are never returned as per GGG policy, no matter how they were lost.
