Departure

Hello.
Yesterday, at about 23:40 time zone +3, connection server Paris, the character Agata_Wallenstein was kicked out of the server with a connection error after the second death on the Arbiter, there were 3 more attempts, the portals disappeared, as did the access plates themselves.
The reason for the error was the boss's long attempt to kill 1 skeleton, when the character himself was already dead.
I ask you to return the access plates to the boss, since this is not an error of my PC or system, but a reaction of the game client and the access server.
