Hexblast Leaving Bosses at 0 HP and Invulnerable

also Bug Report ID: #581554261 - Vessel of Vaal In a span of 5 minutes, and two different instances of Apex of Sacrifice, Vessel of Vaal and Ya'raz both hit 0 HP on me and became invulnerable. Would not die. I use hexblast mines - have several times across leagues now - and never had this happen. Shield charging into the 0 HP mob also did not kill them, so I know its not an issue with the damage type being applied. Issue occured in Phrecia. Last bumped on Feb 28, 2025, 2:41:59 PM

Yet a third time. I guess the answer is to just never farm Atziri again. Was Ya'raz the third time.
