failed to connect

I am having massive issues since the patch.
1. I am getting kicked out of game to main menu
2. failed to join any instance when attempting to log back into the game.
3. When I can get logged in, my maps are not opening. After a try or two they finally open.

I also have this issue every other day or so since the last patch on the Washington DC gateway (Xbox Series X - 1000 dl / 40 ul speed - 20-30 ping usually). Randomly disconnect, relog, select my character, and get a message along the lines of "instance can't be joined" or "failed to join instance".

Sometimes it won't even load into my hideout.

Sometimes it will let me load back in to my hideout but when i go to enter an in-progress map portal it will disconnect again.

Sometimes it will instantly rejoin my hideout and map instances without issue.

90% of the time, completely closing and reopening the game fixes the problem. Occasionally it will require me to close and reopen the game twice.
