PoE1 Phrecia Event Delve map showing wrong nodes

Up until today, my delve was normal. Today, I went to an Azurite 3 node, and it was an Abyssal Lich (Kurgal). Next I went to "miscellaneous" node (chest icon) and it was an Abyssal City.

Very weird.

Left delve and returned, got an azurite node instead of a harbinger node.
