PLEASE HELP I have enought coins on the website but it keeps sending me to buy points,

PLEASE HELP on Path of Exile 2 I have enought coins to buy what I want on the website but for some reason it keeps sending me to buy points and does not let me buy, please someone share what to do, I already connect my Steam Account with my POE account, I can see it on my profile info on POE, and no matter if I log in to the website with Steam or with my email I´m still not being able to buy it keeps sending me to buy points which is annoying.
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP what I´m missing?
