Game unplayable-CANNOT LOG IN

I have been trying to log in for days. Log in page stutters and is unresponsive. I have turned off all firewalls, and have checked all connection paths. I finally uninstalled game and reinstalled. Nothing has worked. The game is unplayable.

Same for me. Game freezes on load screen and nothing happens.
