Explosive grenade bug

I have had the cooldown timer get stuck several times for explosive grenades
the grenade count will be zero and you have to portal back to hideout/town for it to clear/reset the timer so it works.

When this happens you have no explosive grenades and the timer does not work so you can't get any.
