Never ending Delirium mirror

Hello, i came across a delirium mirror bug in Phrecia league. When triggered, delirium acts as normal, but if you have Jun encounter on your way in map, kill syndicate members, but dont interact with them after, delirium fog stops and never moves again. Rewards act like nothing happened and fill on your way in map.
