Blight mobs unattackable and stuck in portal

As title says, can't finish a Blight encounter because mobs (Blight Larva and Blight Spawn) are stuck inside the portal and neither I nor the towers can attack them, making the last blight chest and the encounter as a whole impossible to get/finish.
