Missing Suffix on idols ( Abyss Abyssal Troves/ Stygian Spires Item drop Rarity increase)

None in trade, even though the weighting is pretty high. Seems like it's not dropping at all.
It's the first affix on PoEDB I couldn't find, despite being searchable by selecting it in the stat filter on the search site. I made a post about this too. If you look at Ruthless Phrecia, there are some listings. I'm Not sure what is going on.

You are right, WTF? That’s crazy! None in SC/HC Phrecia or HC Ruthless Phrecia, but in SC Ruthless Phrecia, they are allowed to get some. :D Can you migrate a character to SC Phrecia from SC Ruthless? Might consider starting a Ruthless character then, haha... joke aside.
