bug quest hearth and dagger to sacrifice

Hello, I have two problems that I would like help with.

I have a bug in the heart sacrifice quest in the cruel act, since I don't see the dagger to sacrifice the heart. If you can reset that quest for me and I can do it again, I would appreciate it, since I need my 2 passive points.
