Cluster Jewels from Delirium Rewards have a (6–8)% chance to be Rare and Corrupted

Although the game states that I got 101% chance of Cluster Jewels from Delirium Rewards to be Rare and Corrupted, I got no corrupted Cluster Jewels of 2 drops from different sources (Delirium Monsters and Delirium End)
Even though the wording is "(6-8)%" the game calculates the sum of those percentages.

Could you please confirm if is a bug or not?
