Can`t pick up items and use portals XBOX

Platform:
XBOX S

Bug time:
Intermittently over the last week, including this morning (3/3/25).

Frequency of occurrence:
About once every 4-5 atlas maps.

Gist of the bug:
The ability to pick up items and use portals disappears from time to time. I have this action is tied to the “A” key on the gamepad. When I click on the object - nothing happens, in the portal is also impossible to enter. The conditions of the bug is not clear, but it seems that it happens after opening some chests or killing monsters from which fell loot.
I use lootfilter NeverSink2 (if it is important).
