Questions about applying for a refund

Can any staff tell me the waiting time for the refund application and how long the refund application is valid? The second question is whether the purchase of mall props will affect the refund when waiting for the refund application?

Don't worry. If you are lucky, they will reply you in this life time. The reply would be asking you to verify your account ownership and ask for some characters and possibily trasncation ID or something. Then they will ghost you again for another lifetime.
I would say, you will likely to get your refund by your third or fourth life. | |
