Kirac's Mission Bugged?

Hi there,

It's been nearly 5 minutes since I'm attempting to open Kirac's Mission but it does not work at all.

I went to the map device, clicked on the icon and nothing shows up. I've then proceeded to use a Scouting Reports and doesn't work either.

On the map device, it shows I have "1" Kirac Mission to complete but yet I can't open it.

I talked to Kirac and selected "Atlas Mission" yet it doesn't open as well.

Although it has worked earlier like two hours ago or so.
