Shop Points from EA Missing

Hey,
Is there someone else who is still missing his shop points from the early access version? Since the start of the ea i haven‘t got the 300 shop points. I already contacted the support in january and got an answer beginning of february about giving them more account informations. But no reaction since then. Still no contact from your side. This is getting ridiculous... I mean I paid for the game with the expectation to get for the 27€ the shop 300 points and of corse to play it already in EA. After nearly 4 month i'm still waiting that you fullfill your part!
