Blighted Ramparts loot dropped out of reach

Did a blighted Ramparts map. The pump spawned halfway inside the big rampart wall. I was able to begin and finish the encounter, but a large portion of the loot was dropped up on top of the wall, out of reach. (No stairs in the blighted version)
