The refund is successful but the game is disqualified.

The refund application is just an upgrade package. It is not a pre-experience qualification, but after the refund is successful, I can't enter the game. It prompts that I am not qualified to experience, and I can't see my character information in the website information. What should I do?

Sadly the only thing you can to is contact support again. And hope they don't take another 3 month to answer.
If you refund an Early Access Pack, your access would be revoked. This would include if you refund an upgrade; when the contributing pack is re-added to your account during the refunding process you would receive an access key from this, which you can redeem for your account here to regain access.
