Equipment fails to generate affixes and the identification is invalid

Dear GGG Team,

When I was playing Path of Exile 2 with a controller, I found that when using a Scroll of Wisdom to identify equipment and potions, the system prompted "Failed to apply item: Target is already identified", but the items were actually not identified. After switching to keyboard operation, the problem still persisted. However, when using skill gems, support gems, Vaal Orbs, and other items for equipment affix-related operations, it was normal.
