Been over a month, and have not even recieved confirmation my support email (Microtransaction)

Sent an email to support@grindinggear.com on Jan 30th.

On Feb 6th, after no response, i asked for an update/confirmation original request was recieved.

Just sent another request today, March 4th.


I understand this is the technical support forum, but my only option of mtx support is being completely ignored.


How can I go about getting help with my MTX issue?
