No response from support for almost 3 months – should I reach out again?

Hey Exiles,
I reached out to GGG support back in December regarding an issue with my account. They responded once, asking me to provide my character names for authentication, which I did. Since then, I haven’t received any further replies. I understand that the support team is probably very busy, but it's been almost three months now. At this point, I’m not sure if my request got lost in the queue or if I should try reaching out again. Has anyone else experienced such long waiting times? Would it be okay to send a follow-up email, or would that just push my request further down the queue? Thanks in advance for any advice! 😊 Last bumped on Mar 4, 2025, 5:24:12 PM

They say if you send another e-mail, that you get put at the back of the queue again... I'm not sure if that's true, but I wouldn't.

There really isn't any support, if there is it's 1 person trying to do it all and a bunch of useless bots here to reply to you
