Request to Restore Character to Hardcore Due to Game Crash (Not Player's Fault)

Hello Path of Exile Support Team,

I hope you can help me with an issue I encountered while playing on a Hardcore league.

During my game session, the client unexpectedly crashed and shut down. When I logged back into the game, I received an error message stating: "Exception: Character invalid." After this, my character was automatically transferred to Standard league.

This death was not caused by my actions or connection issues on my side — I have screenshots showing that the game itself acknowledged the issue. I kindly ask you to review my case and, if possible, restore my character to the Hardcore league, as the transfer was caused by a game-side error, not my gameplay.

If you need any additional information or screenshots as proof, please let me know — I’m happy to provide everything you might need to investigate this situation.
