Fed up with random pauses and disconnects

It's been over 4 month now since EA is open, and I'm still running into random issues during different parts of the day where the game is literally unplayable on a PS5, due to the game pausing itself and/or disconnecting immediately afterwards. Can GGG please fix this ? I have literally tried everything form reinstalling the game, turning off crossplay. Nothing works. It can't be the case that 50% of the time the game works as intended and the other 50% time its unplayable. My network is completely fine, with 1GB down

It's basically where I have to stop playing and wait for another time of the day/week for the issue to go away. How this is still an issue is beyond me but its embarrassing to the company to not even acknowledge the issue.

If it's server load balancing, please get more hardware and fix your damn shit. So frustrating to lose citadel waypoints due to GGG's mess up
