Herald of Agony and SRS not interacting

Hello all.

Playing a Witch in the Phrecia league with a Herald Acendency and running SRS with HoA ( and all the other Heralds ) but i cannot get the Virulence or Agony Crawler to appear.

I can when i use say Toxic rain, but not my SRS minions. I have tried everything and currently geared this char with the absolute minimum ( SRS with chance to poison support, and Herald of Agony ) but cannot get it to work.

What have i missed ? nothing obvious in the Passives stopping minions applying poison, and nothing on the gear.

Any help would be appreciated.

Minions arent "you" and thats why HoA´s condition isnt fulfilled, therefore nothing happens.
