Sound bug while questing in Aggorat

While questing in Aggorat, an enemy NPC will say something causing the sound to crash. The game audio then becomes and consistent white noise sound that is very loud.

No game audio works once this happens, other than the extremely loud white noise sound. And the only way to correct it is to completely close the game and load again. However, it happens every time and just started yesterday evening.

I currently play on a PS5 pro.
