Game lag and freeze ( occasionally disconnect)

As title says, on PS5 client.
Ill be trying ps4 client and see how it goes, but i already lost character on HC due to this and really frustrated to start over.

I tried every league, ( standard, settler and the new event phrecia) all same lag and freeze at random spots and random action

Is it a known issue?
Is there an action to be done from my side?
Are GGG team looking into this?
