Can GGG restore my hardcore character due to wood pc of mine?

Hey, my HC Phrecia character "tryharb" died just 10 minutes ago due to my terrible old pc unable to load the game properly. Travelled to one of the Act 8 spot and died without seeing the screen. It always take me quite some time to load the game to warm up my pc but never to the extent of dying to mobs before I loaded in.
Note: I deleted it out of anger after it transferred to standard league. They will restore the deleted character for you, if you would like.
They will not reverse the death and place it back in the Hardcore league it originated in. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
