Spirit Bug on PS5

I have encountered a bug where my character has enough spirit to equip and toggle on certain spirit skills but it does not register in game. I have 198 spirit and when I got to toggle on wind dancer *only wind dancer* the spirit bar goes down.

Once I exit out of the toggle menu to the regular skills menu my bar shows that it is still full and when I go to walk around there is clearly no visual effect or stacks icon on my screen for wind dancer. So it is not working.

I have no red exlamation marks signifying my attributes are too low either. This has happened to me before and I had to recraft all my spirit skills with fresh gems and suddenly everything was working again. I am in end game and this is no longer feasible for me since I have upgraded the sockets on my spirit gems...

Does anyone have a fix for this? It is really bothering me as my build revolves around spirit skills

When I swapped my weapon to weapon set II and left set I empty I was able to actually toggle on my spirit and have it work properly... Extremely annoying bug that I hope can be resolved because I would like to be able to run two weapons at the same time and not just have my spirit randomly break half way through a map clear.
