Rigwald's Crest Crashing Game

Today when getting on POE the Rigwald's Crest unique ring seems to be crashing the game now when the wolfs spawn. tried ring on 2 character crashed on both when it happened. used the ring for 2 days before this and it never crashed. right before the crash happens my cpu latency spikes very high and then game closes
