My suggestion. Probably a good way to "buy time".

In short.
Conduct a vote, if possible, on the topic "Which of the previous leagues was the best in your opinion and would you like to play again?", get your developments from the archives regarding the league that won the vote, add a good (really normal, not those bazooka arms) armor set + wings or something like that as a reward for challenges or just for reaching a certain character level.

And maybe you will have time to make quality content for the next league PoE1 or content for PoE2.

I remember they used to put polls out for things but it was very rare when this happened. I agree that it would be beneficial to track stats and other things, a better skew and metric of popularity imo.
