Ascent to Power quest is bugged

The quests states to "Search Traitor's passage"

When running through he passage there is a boss fight, where you have to kill
Balbala to drop a quest item name "Balbala's Barya"

This item allows you to go do the "Sekhemas Trials".

For me there was never an item drop.

I have since read up on the issue and found there are requirement that had to be met to get the item to drop.

I can confirm that all the requirements were met when I did the fight

I have since tried doing the boss over again multiple time in both normal and cruel but still no item drop.

I am not able to access the Sekhemas trials at all.
