Log in Screen Not Responding

WTF. Log in screen unresponsive except for the "Exit" button which doesn't exit the game but instead opens this website. https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3731639 Tried verifying files and nothing was found wrong. Uninstalled and Reinstalled. Still didn't fix it. Game is unplayable. Anyone got any ideas?
