GM ABuse: 160 hours mute because of [Removed by Support]

Called someone [Removed by Support] in chat, muted for 160hours. Please do something about this type of gm and moderation. Emailed support team after but got ignored. How is this even professional?

Since GGG is unlikely to get back to you before your current mute ends and blundering into another would really suck:
TL;DR don't post anything political in chat or anything that could be considered an insult. GGG mutes all sides equally. Also no copypasta walls of text (ie toucans). Each mute is also 2x as long as the one before. 160h hours means it's far from the first time you crossed the line. Also there's no period of good behavior that will cause the next one to be a shorter duration. Don't try edgelording up to the limit or you'll get future mutes of 320, 640, 1280, etc. hours (13, 27, 53, etc days). Did you ever see history portrayed as an old man with a wise brow and pulseless heart, weighing all things in the balance of reason? Is not rather the genius of history like an eternal, imploring maiden, full of fire, with a burning heart and flaming soul, humanly warm and humanly beautiful? I am also getting muted every otherday for harmless jokes. I never played PoE1, but this feels crazy.
