battlemage's cry and autoexertion bug

spells dont trigger with every melee hit, triggers randomly. Using smite of divine judgement as main melee and spells will trigger every so often, even though exert charges are being used.

Could be interation with strike skills target 1 extra, because i noticed i dont get fortify with every melee hit either.
