Add an option to disable in-game microtransaction sale notifications

Every 30 minutes or so, I get a notification above the chat screen stating that there's some microtransaction sale going on. If there is an option to disable this bull, I have no idea where it is.

I get it, the company exists to make money but ffs add an option to disable this obnoxious behavior. We already know there's a sale, it's plastered on the login screen like it's Times Square up in here... Potential Solution: only send those notifications in towns/hideouts. Then I wouldn't care as much...

I'd rather listen to chalkboard screeches than continually get distracted 18 billion times over stupid stash tabs that I would have already bought had I actually needed them...

Even if I do end up needing whatever it is that is on sale, I won't buy it simply out of spite for how annoying it is.

If anyone knows a way to stop this behavior, please let me know. It's annoying as fuck...
