Failed Maps!

Hi all,
I recently emailed GG the following, I received (what I assume is an automated response, to post the content of my email here), so here goes: I have managed to get to End Game 98% on my own, now at level 93, I'm still enjoying the game very much. However there is just one bug bear I implore you to please 'change' or create some sort of (very costly) mechanic where by any 'special' maps you fail can be re-attempted. I have failed three of these for the most stupid reasons, two to the boss where I was one-shotted. Please, please allow us 'some' way to reattempt these, I understand End Game is supposed to be hard, it's been very, very difficult to get where I have with the time I have (family, work etc). The 'Stone Citadel' was a map I failed (to the end boss), the boss literally had 10% health left when he released one his massive attacks…insta-death! The other map was 'Untainted Paradise'…'map failed'. I hope my email gets to you, it would be tremendously appreciated if you could implement some way for us to retry these maps… Not sure if anyone else feels just as frustrated?
