FYI, this is PoE 1 bug reports, not PoE 2.
First helmet has 15% regen in socket, second helmet has nothing in the socket. So 85% regen difference. Mana regen is also based on max mana, and the first helmet has more ES and INT, contributing to more more mana. 897 vs 650 max mana. Meaning you need more max mana to get more base mana regen rate to make use of the 100% (115% with socket) regen. |
