Have Not Received Supporter Pack Items - No response after 3 months

Hello and to whom it may concern,

I am still awaiting the physical items for the Liberator of Wraeclast supporter pack. I do not believe I was ever asked to pay for shipping, asked what my clothing size was for the shirt and hoodie, or even to confirm my shipping address.

I first sent a ticket on January 6, 2025. I am still awaiting for someone to connect with me.

I have reached out via both email and website direct message.

Needless to say this is quite frustrating as I know many people have received their physical items already.

Any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem, I ordered my supporter pack Dec 30th. I still do not have my items, and I have sent an email and heard nothing. It's MID MARCH
Also it's infuriating to send a support email with all of your account info provided only to receive an an auto-reply asking for the information you already provided in your initial email. Gotta keep them support ticket response metrics looking good, amirite?
On December 7, 2024 I purchased the Liberator of Wraeclast Supporter Pack.

After three weeks of waiting and not receiving my physical goods, I contacted support at <support@grindinggear.com>. Support responded, informing me that a system error during checkout had prevented the processing of my physical items, despite my providing shipping details.

Support confirmed the contents of the physical pack as the Path of Exile 2 Art Book, the Path of Exile 2 Logo T-shirt, and the Path of Exile 2 Logo Hoodie, and asked for my confirmation. I replied confirming that I wished to receive these items.

As of March 3rd 2025, still waiting on my physical items. GGG Fucked a lot of us out of $500.

You would think that it wouldn't take them months to fulfill their highest tier of supporter packs. Super frustrating.

Didnt get my stuff because of wrong address....!

I am tired of excuses, ggg lost me. Ill be playing and supporting LE in April and wont touch poe2 until its fully released and 6 Portals are back and Towers are gone.
