PoE 2 - Help with Shop Points on wrong account

I sent an email about this to support@grindinggear.com back on February 3. Got a response asking for me to verify my account and replied back with the info they needed in the same day (about 2 hours later). Since that date I have not gotten another email and my Shop Points have not been moved.

In summary my issue is that somehow the early access 300 shop points went to another PoE account. No idea how I ended up with multiple accounts (have 3). Only 1 of the accounts has any characters on it from PoE 2 (never really played PoE 1).

This account is the one with the Shop Points, but my characters are on another account.

I was wanting to buy some premium stash tabs and such with those points. Anyone have any suggestions on how to get a faster response considering its been 1 month?

I wish there was some way someone could provide me more feedback than just "you gotta wait". Its been over 1 month and still nothing. For whatever reason I got a pretty fast response to my 1st email, but no response to my follow up email when they asked for me to provide more data to prove I owned the account.

Well... its going to be 2 months now. My message was sent on February 3. When can we determine that my request should be escalated?
