Entering map portal disconnects me back to the title page

After numerous tries I finally got into my first map. The second one is doing th same thing and I cannot get it to work.

I've logged out all the way. I've tried being in a party and not in a party. I've tried starting it in Karui Shores and in the hideout. Nothing is working.
