Need help for Corrupted Blood and Seismic Cry combo

will the damage from Corrupted Blood count armor?
can the damage from Corrupted Blood get benefit from Gain X% of Physical Damage as Extra Fire Damage?will it count fire resistance?what about Seismic Cry?

Cant do damage with elemental conversion, in path of exile 1, happen that: Damage is converted to fire, but deal zero damage, because corrupted blood is a physical damager debuff.

There is no fire damage over time debuff in Path of Exile, only ailment, which in this case would be ignite, therefore, there is no way for the game to apply a fire damage over time debuff when converting the damage, therefore, the monster has 10 stacks but does not take damage.

still want to know whether Corrupted Blood can get benefit from armor break
and if a skill consume target fully broken armor,would that skill count target's armor or deal damage like 0 armor?
