My account doesn't have id number

Hey, so my account was recovered by your team 2 months ago and now i dont have id after my nickname as all people has. Because of that i cannot use some poe tools like path of building.

Also i dont really know if there will be connection for my poe2 account if i finally buy it (stashes, skins etc.)

Could you please take a look at my account and add it for me? I've already sent few emails to support regarding this case but support seems to ignore me (they answer almost instantly when i use different mail).

Exactly as Sarno said.

I will write one more time but i have already sent 3 emails over the month and there was no response. That is why i posted here.
Fun part is this "account related issues" is in fact an "company mess related issue" which GGG should try get fixed on their own without any interaction with the account owner and ASAP the moment they seen his forum account name without any #digit.

Just reading your company answers on this forum is better that stand-up comedy.

Funny thing is that they still didnt reply to my multiple mails for 3 months now XD
It took them 2 months to recover account that i lost because of them and now they cant add this discriminator for another 3 months...
