Liberator of Wraeclast items not received - support ticket ignored since January

I have bought the Liberator of Wraeclast supporter pack in mid December, and after not receiving my items for nearly a month, I have sent an email to GGG's support in January. After being asked information of my account on January 14th, to which I promptly replied, I have since been completely ignored without any followup.
I understand that the support team is busy, but my last email asking for an update now has been over a month ago, and it is utterly incomprehensible how a customer dropping hundreds of dollars can be ignored to this extent.

I was extremely enthusiastic about POE2's EA release and I bought the supporter pack mere days after EA started since I loved it so much, but being treated this way has killed my motivation to play any further, and it's disappointing that I see no other way of moving forward other than a public forum post.
Can someone please take these issues seriously? This is a lot of money to drop on a single game.
