QUEST BUG?

So I created a new character. For the A2 quest ASCENT TO POWER (Search traitor's passage). I threw the BALBALA'S BARYA (the green quest item dropped for the first kill) which makes the progress just stucked there, and I cannot proceed to the next step(travel to trail of the sekhemas) This place does not exist for the character, cant teleport to someone already inside and cant find it on the desert map. i tried to kill the boss several times already but no more drop for the quest item.

Is there anyway to solve this? Should I contact the official support or this character is wasted already?

What is your current quest state of Ascent to Power?
Do you have talked to Zarka at the Ardura Caravan?

And with "I threw ..." - do you mean you have dropped/deleted the quest item?

Yes,I dropped it on the ground and refreshed by the system. Current state is Search traitor's passage. I tried to talk everyone in the town.

So the only way is to accept current situation? And this character is born 1 less way to play the game? What if I want some of the drops in trail of the sekhemas? The only way is use currency to buy?
